&#8220;There will be two intervals of five minutes to allow ladies relief from the long strain of sitting.&#8221;<br />
&#8220;Smoking and obscene expressions will be strictly prohibited and the officers of the theatre have orders to eject anyone so far forgetting themselves.&#8221; </p>
